“The Other Side of the Desk”is a fun exchange of stories and vignettes between educators. During this collaboration, Bridget Ossmann will share her own stories, vignettes, poems, and songs from previous events. Ossmann is working on a book “How Dare You Teach My Daughter Stuff She Doesn’t Know”and she has collected over 150 stories. Using this collection of stories from educators, as well as her own, Ossmann’s book is near completion. She needs help from you to add to her collection and finish her book.
“The Other Side of the Desk” is a time for teachers to relax, laugh and look at the humorous side of education. Ossmann’s hope is that educators will walk away from this event with a renewed feeling of pride in their profession.
